The WellSpace Health – THRIVE Peer Support Specialist provides support to adults (18+) who are identified as having a mental illness and are justice involved within Sacramento County. The THRIVE program is a county funded endeavor dedicated to reducing recidivism by supporting clients in the community and throughout their journey to wellness. For this position we are seeking a Peer Support Specialist with lived experience in the justice system. Additional lived experience with mental health and/or substance use is preferred.
