The job board serves as a vital resource for county behavioral health departments and community agencies, helping them recruit qualified Peer Support Specialists. This job board is part of our continued efforts through the Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist Certification program to strengthen the behavioral health workforce across California. Developed in partnership with the Department of Health Care Services, this initiative enhances access to skilled peer support, fostering stronger communities and improved mental health and substance use services.
