Home Address Change

The procedure outlines the process for applicants who are submitting an address change on their certification application.

Step-by-Step Instructions
  1. Applicant must log into their personal online application, then click “Revise”.  
  2. Select the “Change Address” option.
  3. Scroll down to the address section and select “x” located to the right of the address field to remove the address on the application. 
  4. Enter the new address information into the address field.  
  5. Scroll down to the end of the application. Click “Revise Application” to save the changes. 
  6. The applicant record will be updated accordingly.
