Terms and Conditions for Job Postings
By posting a job listing on the CalMHSA Peer Support Specialist Job Board, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
- Eligibility: You represent that you are authorized to post job listings on behalf of your organization, and that all information you provide is accurate and up to date.
- Posting Guidelines
- All job postings must include a valid external job post URL.
- Each job posting will be reviewed for approval by CalMHSA prior to appearing on the job board.
- You are responsible for the content and accuracy of your job listing, including the job description and any other information provided.
- CalMHSA does not verify or endorse any employers, job listings, or applicants, and is not responsible for any issues arising from the posting or application process.
- CalMHSA does not support job postings that discriminate based on race, color, religion, gender, national origin, age, disability, or any other protected characteristic. CalMHSA reserves the right to refuse or remove any job posting that does not comply with CalMHSA policy or that is deemed inappropriate.
- Only job postings submitted from official work email domains (e.g., company domain) will be considered. Personal email addresses (e.g., Gmail, Yahoo) will not be accepted.
- Expiration & Editing
- All job postings will automatically expire 30 days after the posting date.
- You may edit your posting until it has been approved. After approval, you cannot edit or modify your posting.
- Verification
- CalMHSA will verify the email address provided with each job posting to ensure legitimacy. However, we do not perform background checks or verify the content of the job postings or applicants.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold CalMHSA harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of your job posting or the actions of job applicants.
