Agency Biography

West County Community Services values collaboration, compassion, diversity, flexibility, empowerment, equality, excellence,integrity, and respect in everything we do and for everyone we serve. Our Certified Peer Support Specialist Training invites individuals with lived experience, who are dedicated to their recovery, that want to offer hope, support and compassion by empowering other community members who are seeking connection.
WCCS training program is a hybrid 80-hour program that takes place Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, for 2 hours per session for 14 weeks. Each cohort will accept up to 16 participants.
Registration fee is free and is open all year.
WCCS will instruct a cohort three times per year.
