Training Grounds is a workforce continuing education provider which supports teams across behavioral health, youth and family services, housing, education, and other community-based organizations where relationships are central to the work and the stakes are high.

Founded in 2020, our approach is grounded in over 30 years of experience in trauma-exposed environments and informed by research in organizational psychology, interpersonal dynamics, and trauma-informed practice. We are committed to equity-based practice and believe that developing people is key to sustaining impact.

Our core offerings include the Trauma-Informed Leadership Certificate Program®, the Training Grounds Leadership Academy, and continuing education for mental health professionals, peer support specialists, and direct care teams. We help organizations strengthen internal capacity, align leadership with values, and prepare teams to lead with clarity, empathy, and resilience.
