Revocery Innovations has been a recognized leader in the development of sophisticated and effective peer support workforces since 1990. RI Employs one of the largest peer workforces in the world with over 50 % of its’ 1,015 employees identifying with living experience of recovery from mental health and/or substance use challenges. The core of this success is our signature Peer Employment Training – an approved training for Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist Certification. It’s engaging, relevant, challenging and transformative. This training holds the high expectation that people can overcome challenges and succeed. Recovery is the expectation, not the exception©. Our graduates take with them an intense belief in the reality that recovery is possible for everyone and a mature, ethically-developed inspiration to perform this professional work. Aligned to SAMHSA’s Core Competencies, the course trains the principles and skills of peer support in an in-depth, evidence-based approach.
