Agency Biography

National Career Education Center (NCEC), a woman-owned behavioral health workforce development agency, designs accessible, standards-aligned training for Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialists and Community Health Workers. Led by Certified MPSS Lsea Honeybiscuit, we deliver culturally responsive CE courses that strengthen California’s peer workforce through practical ethics training, interactive exercises, and rigorous assessment. NCEC supports certification renewal while closing critical skill gaps in peer support practice.
