Peer Wellness Collective, through its Best Now training entity, develops peer-led workforce training programs that prepare Certified Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialists to deliver ethical, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and recovery-oriented services across diverse community settings. Best Now is committed to advancing peer workforce development through accessible, practical, and competency-based training that centers lived experience, equity, self-determination, and real-world application. Our training programs are designed to strengthen the knowledge, skills, and confidence of peer professionals serving individuals, families, and communities impacted by behavioral health challenges, housing instability, justice involvement, crisis, and systemic inequities. We value dignity, inclusion, accountability, cultural humility, and the transformative role of peer support in promoting healing, resilience, and long-term community wellness.
