Agency Biography

Emotional Health Association, dba SHARE! the Self-Help And Recovery Exchange (SHARE!) is a peer-run agency providing effective peer services since 1993 with more than 5,000 visits per month prior to COVID. SHARE!’s evidence-based, innovative training is focused on improving outcomes for the people we serve. SHARE! operates two peer-run Wellness Centers, a peer respite and SHARE! Collaborative Housing, in which people with behavioral health issues support each other in family living. SHARE! empowers people to change their own lives and provides them a loving, safe, non-judgmental place where they can find community, information and support. All of SHARE!’s staff are in recovery from mental health/substance use concerns. Many are also parents, family members and caregivers of people with mental health/substance use concerns.

– Peer Services for Unhoused (40 hours)
