Agency Biography

Sterling Solutions is a peer led and operated 501C3 nonprofit organization in San Bernardino County. Our mission is to strengthen the behavioral health workforce by increasing the number and diversity of peer specialist workers by providing training and employment pathway support to lived experienced individuals. Our training enables lived experienced individuals to provide peer support services in a variety of settings including county, peer-run, community- and faith-based organizations.

Medi-Cal Peer Support Specialist Certification Training Schedule

Training Method: Online (live), Asynchronous

Training Modality:  Cohort (self-paced)

Training Location(s):  Statewide

Training Length: 6 – 8 weeks

Training Hours: Self-paced with weekly check-ins, office hours availalble

Registration Capacity: 50 students maximum per cohort
